1. Payment Methods

2. Returns Policy
We accept returns only under specific circumstances. A return is eligible if:
You received the wrong item
The product was damaged during packaging or shipping due to our fault
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging

3. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is valid for 3 calendar days from the date the item is marked as delivered by the shipping provider.
If more than 3 days have passed, we cannot process a refund or exchange.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive an email confirming the status of your refund request.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
You will be notified once the refund is successfully processed.
If your refund has not appeared:
Recheck your bank account or PayPal balance
Contact your card issuer or bank, as processing times may vary

4. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.

Cancellation Terms:
A 1.5% processing and transaction fee will be deducted from the refunded amount
A full refund will be issued if you place a replacement order
If a new order is successfully placed, your original order will be automatically canceled and fully refunded
After 24 hours, your order may already be in the fulfillment process and cannot be canceled.
5. Exchanges (if applicable)
We currently do not support direct exchanges. If you would like to replace an item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with clear photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
7. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Items purchased during promotions or clearance sales
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Gift cards or digital downloads
