Return, Refund & Order Cancellation
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies.
Returns
We only accept returns for items that were shipped incorrectly or damaged due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged item).
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Please contact our support team at contact@beautyjustyle.com before sending the product back. Kindly note that the return shipping fee will be your responsibility.
Refunds
Our refund policy is valid for 3 days from the date you receive the item. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank — processing times usually take 5 business days.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Please note:
A 1.5% management, processing, and transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
A full refund only applies when switching to a new order.
If a new order is placed, the original order will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.
